What You’ll Do
The Senior Associate is responsible for the end-to-end production, maintenance, and delivery of standardized sales collateral — including factsheets, pitchbooks, and marketing decks. The role ensures materials are accurate, timely, compliant, and consistent with brand templates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of standard collateral (intake → content gathering → layout → compliance review → delivery).
  • Track and prioritize the production queue, report status and progress to leadership.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of approved materials with version control and audit trail.
  • Collaborate with Performance & Analytics to incorporate updated data, charts, and attribution.
  • Partner with Product Specialists to ensure product content accuracy.
  • Review and validate data inputs (e.g., holdings, performance, attribution, characteristics) with an analytical eye to spot errors or inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate with Compliance/Legal on disclosures, approvals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement workflow improvements and automation to shorten production cycles and reduce error rates in partnership with Aristotle’s IT team.
  • Uphold strict adherence to templates, formatting, and brand guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency in intake, review, and delivery processes.
  • Ensure all processes are documented and all team members trained to reduce key person risk.
  • Partner proactively with senior Sales Leaders and Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) to anticipate requirements and ensure alignment of materials with client and prospects’ needs.
  • Coordinate with CPMs on slide requirements ahead of each quarter end.
  • Collaborate with the broader Sales Operations team to align collateral with RFPs, DDQs, and databases, avoiding duplication.
  • Manage production support with external vendors/design as needed for template-based execution.
  • Partner with broader Sales Operations team to provide support for marketing databases, RFPs, and DDQs as needed outside of the standard materials production schedule.
What You’ll Bring
We recognize that not all candidates will meet every requirement. If you’re passionate about this role and believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

  • Comfort with integrating and validating data, charts, and metrics in materials.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to spot data discrepancies across holdings, performance, attribution, and characteristics.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
